Sandusky's popular Lawn Chair Music Series by popular request will be continuing it's Friday night series with eight events this summer.
Come join your neighbors for music and more at the gazebo on the courthouse lawn starting at 7:00pm.
June 23rd, 2017 - Third Degree Burns
Last year’s performance was one of the all-time best rock and roll performances that we have ever had. This amazingly talented group of kids were brought back to kick off the 2017 season with their talent, equipment and stage presence ranking second to none.
June 30th - Cliff Erickson
Proven to be one of our series most popular entertainers. From cruise ships in the Greek Isles to venues across the U.S. and Canada, Cliff has electrified audiences for over 30 years.
July 7th, 2017 - Shotguns and ViolinsPlaying across the Midwest, including the Harbor Beach Maritime Festival, this band takes solid musicianship and mixes it with high energy songs, and then adds a dash of in-your-face country attitude to give their fans a straight-up double shot of on-your feet big, country music.
July 14th, 2017 - Blue Blaze
This band bills themselves as the “Rock-n-est Little Blues Band in the Blue Water Area”. Playing blues with a strong rock and roll slant, they will have you feeling the blues with a smile on your face.
July 21st, 2017 - Bob Marshall Band
Nominated for two years in a row as “Male Western Vocalist of the Year, Bob Marshall will be bringing his band to Sandusky on July 21st. Authentic cowboy music sung from the heart!
July 28th, 2017 - Jeff Hoagland Band
One of Detroit’s premier Chicago styled blues band, Jeff Hoagland Blues Band, will be bringing their authentic blues sound to the courthouse gazebo. No pretentious blues/rock, or funk influence....this is straight up "real deal" blues!
August 4th, 2017 - Motown Eagles
Rained out last year they will be bringing their tribute to The Eagles back to the Sandusky stage. Crafting every musical detail with a new precision and amazing voices, Motown Eagles celebrate an era of this powerhouse rock band with hits spanning four decades.
August 11th, 2017 - Pole Barn Rebels
From Flint, MI, this band has honed a sound that few of their contemporaries can duplicate. They dig deep into their country roots and, as a result, produce an authentic, old-school country sound reminiscent of Waylon Jennings, Dale Watson, Jerry Reed, and Johnny Cash
Team One Credit Union will be providing free popcorn this year and the Boy Scouts will be offering soft drinks.
